A one time cleaning charge (70 €) applies for each stay (150 € for long term stays)

Supplement for additional visitors is 15 €/night/person

Supplement per dog is 10 €/night/dog

Security deposit: 300 € payable cash upon arrival - returned with 10 a.m check out - for earlier departures deposit return by PayPal
